Muddle 4 of the mint leaves, the powdered
sugar and the water in a Collins glass. (To muddle, mash them all around
with a spoon.)
Fill the glass with shaved or crushed ice and add the bourbon. Top with more
ice and garnish with the remaining mint sprig. Serve with a straw.
