Kiwifruit Chi Chi

Makes 2 cups

Ingredients:

2 cups crushed ice cubes
2 to 3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cold water
2 tablespoons vodka, optional
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons coconut cream
2 ZESPRI™ GREEN Kiwifruit, peeled and quartered

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients except the ZESPRI™ Kiwifruit in an electric blender; whirl until well blended.

Add ZESPRI™ Kiwifruit and whirl just until puréed, but seeds are not broken up.
