Prepare sausage as directed on package, slice thinly, and
set aside. In 10x16 baking dish, combine butter, onion, green pepper,
celery, and sausage. Microwave uncovered at full power for 2 to 3 minutes
(until vegetables are tender). Stir in eggs and salt. Cover with vented
plastic wrap and microwave on medium for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes (until eggs are
almost set), stirring twice. Stir yogurt into egg mixture and microwave at
medium for 1 minute. Spoon egg mixture into pita bread; top with tomato and
Monterey Jack cheese.
