Linden Lea Sausage Soup

Makes 6 to 8 servings

Ingredients:

2 (12 ounce) packages Jones All Natural roll sausage
2 cans (14.5 ounce) chicken broth
1 bay leaf
1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
1 cup celery, chopped
1 1/2 cups onion, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 teaspoons browning and seasoning sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 (48 ounce) jar great northern beans
1 cup frozen corn

Preparation:

In a large skillet, lightly brown sausage, stirring frequently to crumble. Drain and set aside.

In a Dutch oven, combine broth, bay leaf, tomatoes, celery, onion, and garlic; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients; return to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaf and serve.
