Ingredients

      2 cn green chiles, pealed
    1/2 lb montery jack cheese
      4 lg eggs
      1    flour
      4 tb flour
      1    oil for frying
      1    sauce *
      1 sm onion, chopped
      1    clove garlic, crushed
      1 ts oil
      1 c  tomatoes, whole
      2 c  chicken broth
      1    salt, to taste
      1    pepper, to taste
      1    oregano, to taste

Instructions

* This is enough sauce for six to eight chiles.
