Title: Chili Cheese Corn
Yield: 24 Servings

Ingredients

      8 c  corn well drained
    1/4 c  vegetable oil
      1 tb salt
  1 1/2 c  grated cheddar cheese
      1 tb chili powder

Instructions

place corn in large skillet and lightly aute'. Add cheese and cook
on low heat until cheese melts. Add chili powder to hot corn and
cheese.
