3 c whole wheat flour
1/3 c popcorn flour
1 1/2 ts bouquet garni
1 tb chili powder
2 ts date sugar
1 1/2 ts sea salt
1 c mashed kidney beans
1 1/4 c water
2 tb oil
4 ts active dry yeast
Instructions
Place ingred. in breadmachine according to your mfg. instructions.
Use the WHOLE WHEAT CYCLE... I use the WHITE BREAD CYCLE on WELBILT
