Title: Babybobs
Yield: 1 Serving

Ingredients

      1 lb pork tenderloin or boned
           -chicken; cut into 24 1-inch
      2 lg yellow or red bell peppers;
           -cored and seeded,  cut in
      3 tb soy sauce
      4 tb red wine vinegar
  1 1/2 ts brown sugar
      1    garlic clove; finely chopped
      1 tb oil for the grill

Instructions

Mix together the soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and garlic. Add the meat
and marinate, covered, for 1 hour, or overnight in the refrigerator. Thread
the meat and peppers onto large metal or wooden skewers. Brush ingredients
with oil and grill on all sides until done, 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from
skewers. Cool slightly. Thread on toothpicks, sandwiching 1 piece of the
meat between 2 peppers. Serve hot or refrigerate, covered, and serve
chilled.
