1 red bell pepper; chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced;

1 tb butter
6 eggs
1/4 c milk
1/4 ts ground cinnamon
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c cubed fully cooked ham
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Saute bell pepper and green onion in butter
just until soft. Pour into a baking dish. In a mixing bowl, combine eggs,
milk, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Stir in ham. Pour egg-ham mixture into
baking dish. Mix well. Bake until eggs are set. Approximately 15 minutes.
