1/4 Onion; Sliced
1/2 Bell Pepper; Sliced
1/2 Lb Stew Meat; Cubed
3 French Sandwich Rolls
Butter
Garlic Salt
Guacamole
Romaine Lettuce
Instructions
Saute onions and peppers in medium size skillet until tender. Add beef.
While browning beef,
butter the rolls and sprinkle with garlic salt. Place under broiler at 425
degrees until the edges
become slightly brown and crispy. When meat is browned, use a slotted
spoon to serve the beef
onto the roll. Smother beef in guacamole, add lettuce and serve
