Title: Pinto Bean Chili
Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients

    1/2    Pound pinto beans; cooked
     16    Ounces tomatoes; canned
      1    Pound green peppers; chopped
  1 1/2    Pounds onions; chopped
  1 1/2    Tablespoons salad oil
      2    Cloves garlic; minced
    1/2    Cup parsley; finely chopped
  2 1/2    Pounds ground chuck
      1    Pound ground pork
    1/3    Cup Chili Powder
      2    Tablespoons salt
  1 1/2    Teaspoons pepper
  1 1/2    Teaspoons cumin; ground

Instructions

Saute onions and peppers in oi in large dutch ovenl. Add garlic and
parsley. Brown meat in
skillet, drain fat and add to dutch oven. Add all remaining ingredients
and simmer 1 hour or all
day in crockpot.
