2 Lemons; Juiced, Grated
2 Tb Capers
2 Cloves Garlic; Mashed
8 Tb Bread Crumbs
Salt
Pepper
1 Egg
22 Oz Fish Fillets
Oil; For Frying
Instructions
Sprinkle the fish fillets with lemon juice. Combine the breadcrumbs,
capers, garlic and grated
lemon peel, add salt and pepper to taste. Lightly beat the egg in a shallow
dish. Dip the fish in the
egg mixture, then in the bread crumb mixture until thoroughly coated. Heat
the oil in deep skillet
or dutch oven. Fry the fish until crispy brown.
