Title: Crescent Chicken Pockets
Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients

           Cooking Spray
    1/2    Ts Garlic; Minced
      1    Tb Shallots; Chopped
    1/2    Lb Boneless Chicken; Cut In
           -1" Cubes
      1    Cn Refrigerated crescent
           -rolls

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375. Coat frying pan with cooking spray, and fry garlic and
shallots for 30
seconds. Add chicken and stir fry until cooked-through. Remove from heat
and set aside.

Seperate the crescent rolls into two rectangles seal the perforations along
the diagonal. Place 1/2
of the chicken mixture on each rectrangle. Bring up the edges of the
rectangles and seal the
chicken inside.

Lightly coat a cookie sheet with cooking spray, and bake for 15 minutes, or
until golden brown.
