1/3 c margarine
2/3 c water
1 c matzo meal
1/2 ts salt
1 ts sugar
3 eggs
Instructions
Bring margarine and water to a boil. Add dry ings. all at once, stirring.
Remove from heat, and beat in eggs, one at a time. Drop
into greased muffin tins, filling halfway. Bake 20 min. at 425F. Turn off
heat, and let sit in oven 10 min. Put tins on racks, and
slit popovers to let steam escape. Remove from tins to racks after 4 min.
