Title: 30 Minute Pizza Dough
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients
1 pk rapid rise yeast
3 c flour (not bread flour)
1 c hot water (120 - 130 f.)
1/2 ts salt
Instructions
Add water to yeast. Mix yeast & water and 1 cup of the flour. Mix
well. Add remaining flour and salt. Mix well. Knead until elastic.
Pat dough, to 8" circle, roll to fit pan.
Prep pan with olive oil, corn meal. Bake in pre-heated 500 degree
oven 15 -- 20 minutes. NOTE: To add toppings, add in the following
order: CHEESE. Pre-cooked ingredients, (pepperoni, etc.), SAUCE, THEN
add raw sausage, hamburger, mushrooms, veggies, etc. Cheese will
cook through to the top, but will keep dough from getting soggy.
