3/4 c sugar
3/4 c water
3 lg granny smith apples; peeled
- cored and pureed
1/4 c fresh lemon juice
2 tb applejack
1 pn cinnamon
1 pn nutmeg
Instructions
Combine sugar and water in saucepan over med. high heat and stir til
sugar is dissolved. Just before syrup comes to boil, remove from
heat. Cool and chill. Add syrup to remaining ingred. and blend well.
Finish in either ice cream maker or freezer.
