1 egg
1 c milk
1 c (8 oz.) sour cream
1 tb butter or margarine, melted
2 c pancake or biscuit/baking
-mix
6 to 8 bacon strips, cooked
-and crumb; led
1 c (4 oz.) shredded cheddar
-cheese
Instructions
In a medium bowl, beat egg; add milk, sour cream and butter. Stir in
pancake mix; mix well. Fold in bacon and cheese. Bake in a preheated
waffle iron according to manufacturer's directions until golden brown.
