Title: Cajun Creole
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients
1 ea onion; chopped;med
2 tb margarine
1 ea green pepper; chopped
1 ea celery stalk; chopped
1 ea bay leaf
1 tb parsley
1 ts cajun seasoning
1 ts salt
1/8 ts cayenne pepper
6 oz tomato paste
2 c water
1/4 c triple sec
2 c shrimp; not cooked
Instructions
Melt margarine, add onion, green pepper and celery. Saute until
tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, except shrimp. Cook over low
heat for 20 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for an additional 10
minutes. Serve over rice.
