Title: Asian Barbecued Pork
Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients

      3 bn scallions
      2    pork tenderloins (about
      1    3/4 lb each)
      1    clove garlic, minced
      2 tb hoisin sauce
      4 ts soy sauce
      2 ts honey
      2 ts dry sherry
      2 ts minced gingerroot

Instructions

Heat grill or broiler. In food storage bag, combine
all ingredients. Seal and shake to coat. Place pork
and scallions on grill or on rack set in broiler pan.
Cook 10 minutes, turning once and basting with
remaining marinade, until thermometer inserted in pork
registers 155oF. Serve with rice and stir fried
veggies. Work time: 5 minutes Total time: 20 minutes
