Instructions

Break eggs carefully into a dish. Slip into boiling water, to which
1/2 teaspoon salt has been added per quart. There should be
sufficient water to entirely cover the eggs. Remove from fire. Cover.
Let stand about 5 minutes, or until whites of eggs are firm and yolks
