Title: Bakdunsieh - Middle Eastern Parsley Salad With Tahini
Yield: 1 Serving

Ingredients

      2 bn parsley
    1/2 c  tahini
      1    clove garlic
      2    lemons; juiced
           Salt; to taste

Instructions

Wash parsley; remove stems. Chop very fine. Place tahini, garlic, lemon
juice and salt in blender. Blend for 15 seconds. Add water, if needed,
to make a thick sauce. Toss with chopped parsley. Delicious served with
fish dishes. (SERVES 4 TO 6)
