Title: Coconut Cream Jumbles
Yield: 1 Serving

Ingredients

      3 c  sifted flour
      2 ts baking powder
      1 ts salt
      1 c  sugar
      2    Eggs; well beaten
      1 c  heavy cream
    3/4 c  Baker's Coconut; Premium
           -shred

Instructions

Sift flour once, measure, add baking powder and salt, and sift again.

Add sugar gradually to eggs. Add flour alternately with cream, mixing
well. Add coconut. Chill.

Roll 1/4 inch thick on slightly floured board. Dredge with sugar. Cut
with large round cutter.

Bake in hot oven (425 degrees) 13 to 15 minutes.

Makes 2 dozen 3 1/2" jumbles.
