Title: Strawberry Glaze
Yield: 1 Serving

Ingredients

      1 tb corn starch
    1/4 c  water
    1/3 c  light corn syrup
    1/4 c  crushed fresh strawberries
      1 ts lemon juice
           Red food coloring

Instructions

Mix corn starch, water and corn syrup until smooth.

Add crushed fresh strawberries.

Bring to boil, stirring constantly, and boil 1 minute.

Strain.

Stir in lemon juice and red food coloring.

Cool slightly.

Arrange whole strawberries on cake; cover with glaze.
