3 lb chicken breast
1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 cn cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cn water
2 tb pimientos; chopped
3 c cooked rice
1/2 c grated cheese; American
Instructions
Cook chicken until tender. Remove meat from bones, cut into bite size
pieces.
Combine soup mix and pimintoes.
Alternate layers of rice, chicken and soup mixture. sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees until cheese is melted and golden brown.

NOTES : I add 1/2 cup soup greens to the rice.
