2 tb butter
3 c bite-sized shredded rice
-squares
1 c salted peanuts
1/2 c salted cashews
1 ts curry powder
1/4 ts slat
1/4 ts ground cinnamon
Instructions
In a heavy skillet melt butter. Add remaining ingredients and dash pepper.
Stir
mixture constantly until cereal and nuts are heated through, about 5
minutes.
Serve snack warm or cool. Makes about 4 1/2 cups.
