Title: Chili ( World'S Worst )
Yield: 3 Quarts

Ingredients

      2 tb olive oil
      2 lb ground sirloin
  1 1/2    green peppers, chopped
      2    med. onions, chopped
     12    mushrooms, sliced
      1 cn (1 lb) tomatoes
      1 cn (8 oz) tomato sauce
      1    bottle (20 oz) catsup
      1    bottle (12 oz) chili sauce
      1 cn (6 oz) tomato paste
      4    cloves garlic, chopped
      1 ts oregano
      1    pinch of thyme
      1    liquid red pepper to taste

Instructions

Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat. Add ground sirloin,
chopped green pepper, chopped onion and sliced mushrooms and saute 20
minutes. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, catsup, chili sauce, tomato
paste, chopped garlic, oregano, thyme and red pepper and reduce heat
to low. Cover and simmer 2 hours. Serve on English muffins,
omelettes, spaghetti, ravioli, toast or noodles. Meat may be omitted
and sauce used on ribs or pork chops.
