1 box; (5 oz.) long grain or

1 lb broccoli; steamed
3 c cooked chicken or ham
2 c shredded cheese; cheddar or
-mozzarella
2 c fresh or canned mushrooms
1 c mayonnaise
1 cn cream of celery soup
1/2 ts dry mustard
1/4 ts curry powder
1 c crushed croutons
2 tb butter
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Spray coat a 9 by 13-inch pan. Layer rice, broccoli, meat, cheese and
mushrooms into pan.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, mustard and curry. Pour over layers. Combine
crushed croutons and butter. Top the layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
Bake in 350 degree F. Oven for 30 minutes.
