Title: Marinated Flank Steak
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients
1/2 c chicken stock
1/4 c honey
1/4 c soy sauce
1 1/2 ts garlic powder
1/4 ts ginger; ground
1 dash worchestershire sauce
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer 15 minutes. Cool. Pierce
Flank Steak and marinate overnight or most of the day. Remove from
marinade and Broil or Grill approximately 5 minutes per side. Marinade can
be boiled 5 minutes and served with steak if desired.
