Smoked Turkey-And-Watercress Pitas With Brown Mustard Sauce
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients
1/4 c plain nonfat yogurt
2 tb spicy hot mustard
2 pita bread rounds, cut in
-half
4 sl smoked turkey breast
8 sl unpeeled tomato,
-(1/4-inch-thick)
1 c loosely packed trimmed
-watercress
1/2 c shredded lowfat, low-sodium
-swiss c; heese, (2 ounces)
Instructions
Combine yogurt and mustard in a bowl, and stir well. Spread mustard sauce
evenly on inside surface of each pita half. Place 1 turkey slice, 2 tomato
slices, and 1/4 cup watercress in each half; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons
cheese. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 pita half).
