Title: Spicy Sesame Noodles From Pamela Sue Martin
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients

      1 lb noodles, asian or regular
           -kind
    1/3 c  peanut butter
    1/2 c  water
    3/4 lb firm tofu, (mashed or cubed)
    1/4 c  dry sherry, or mirin
      6 tb soy sauce
      4 tb sesame oil
      1 tb honey, or sugar
      3 tb sesame seeds
    1/2 ts cayenne
      1    cucumber, sliced
      4    green onions, sliced

Instructions

Cook noodles according to directions. Stir peanut butter and water over low
heat. Add next 7 ingredients and stir. Drain noodles and toss with sauce.
Sprinkle green onions and cucumber over the top and serve.
