Soy Sauce Marinade

Suitable for chicken, pork, lamb and beef.

Ingredients

(1 servings)

30 ml 2 tbsp soy sauce
15 ml 1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
5 ml 1 tsp ground cumin
5 ml 1 tsp ground coriander
Ground black pepper.

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together and leave to marinade for at least one hour.
Cook over a barbecue, under a grill, or in the oven.
VARIATIONS.
Experiment with other spices.
Values for whole recipe.
