Title: Summer Melt
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients

      4 sl smoked turkey breast
      4    fresh asparagus spears;
           -steamed
      2 sl swiss cheese
      2 sl branola bread
    2/3 c  alfalfa sprouts
      2 sl swiss cheese
      1    thousand island dressing
      1    fresh sliced melon wedges
      1    coleslaw

Instructions

Roll each asparagus spear in a 1 ounce slice of turkey breast, leaving tips
visible. Put "roll ups" into a steamer for 30 seconds. Place swiss cheese
on top of "roll ups" and put under broiler to melt the cheese. Place "roll
ups" onto 1 slice of bread, top with alfalfa sprouts and cover with other
bread slice. Cut in half diagonally and add a dollop of thousand island
dressing on the side. Serve immediately. Garnish with cole slaw and fresh
melon wedges.
