2 texas red grapefruits
8 lg strawberries
2 md ripe bananas
8 oz strawberry banana yogurt
2 tb honey
1 c crushed ice
Instructions
Here are a couple of recipes that were in the Baltimore Sun yesterday.
Juice grapefruits. Measure 1 1/3 cups juice. Add strawberries. cut bananas
into chunks. Combine all ingredients in a blender and whirl until smooth.
Makes 4 8 ounce servings. Per serving: 185 calories, 1 g fat, 5% CFF
