1 pk lime gelatin powder
1/2 c warm water
1 cn (1 lb.) crushed pineapple;
-drain-reserve liquid
1 tb lemon juice
1/2 c mayonnaise
3/4 c whipped cream
1/2 c avocado (ripe & soft); diced
Instructions
Dissolve jello in water and stir in 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Cool. When it
thickens, add pineapple. Salt and add lemon juice. Fold in mayonnaise,
whipped cream and avocado. Mould.
