Title: Bacon And Swiss Waffles
Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients

      2 c  bisquick original baking mix
  1 1/2 c  milk
      2    eggs
      1 c  shredded swiss cheese (4
           -ounces)
      8 sl bacon; crisply cooked and
           -crumbl

Instructions

HEAT waffle iron; grease if necessary. Beat baking mix, milk and eggs
with wire whisk or hand beater until smooth. Stir in cheese and bacon.

POUR batter by scant 1 cupfuls onto center of hot waffle iron.

BAKE until steaming stops and waffle is golden brown. Carefully remove
waffle. Twelve 4-inch squares.
