Title: Apple Sweet Cornish Game Hens

Ingredients

4 3/4 lb. cornish game hens

10 oz green giant rice originals f
- medley; , thawed
1/2 c apple; chopped
1/2 c celery; chopped
1/4 c onion; chopped
1/2 ts salt
1/8 ts pepper
1/8 ts cinnamon
Instructions
Recipe by: LOW CALORIE & LOW FAT RECIPES Heat oven to 350 degrees. Remove
giblets. Rinse hens inside and out; pat dry. In medium bowl, combine all
stuffing ingredients; mix well. Spoon 1/4 of stuffing mixture into body
cavity of each hen. Secure body openings with wooden picks or metal
skewers. Tie legs together with string. Place hens in ungreased 13x9"
baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes until fork tender and
juices run clear, basting occasionally with pan juices. Nutritional
