Title: Barbecued Ribs
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients
3 lb porkloin back ribs; (3 to 4)
1 c soy sauce
1/2 c sherry or pineapple juice
2 tb honey
1 clove garlic; crushed
1/2 c honey
Instructions
Place meat in glass dish. Mix soy sauce, juice, 2 tablespoons honey and
garlic. Pour over meat. Cover dish with plastic wrap. Refrigerate 8 hours.
Remove meat from marinade. Keep marinade. Lace ribs on spit rod. Secure
with fork. Place foil drip pan under spit area. Cook ribs on rotisserie 1
1/2 to 2 hours or until done, basting frequently with re- served marinade.
Brush ribs with 1/2 cup honey last 30 minutes of cooking. Makes 4 servings.
