    1/2 c  sugar
      1 c  pureed fruit (try cherries;
           -raspberries; canned pinea
      1 c  cold water

From the booklet that accompanied my Supremer Ice Creamer from NordicWare.

Mix egg whites and sugar with wire whist. Blend in fruit and water. Mix
well. Chill. Pour into ice cream maker and follow directions for ice
cream.
