8 sl bacon
1/2 c herbed seasoned stuffing
1 cn (5-oz) oysters; chopped
1/4 c water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350o. Cut bacon slices in half and cook slightly. DO NOT
OVERCOOK. Bacon must be soft enough to roll easiiy around balls. Combine
stuffing, oysters and water. Roll into bite-sized balls, approximately 16.
Wrap balls in bacon. Bake at 350o for 25 minutes. Serve warm.
