Title: Blue Cheese Or Roquefort Dressing
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients

      1 c  evaporated milk; undiluted
    1/2 c  salad oil
    1/4 c  vinegar
    1/2 ts salt
      1 ds garlic powder
    1/2 c  blue or roquefort cheese;
           -crumbled

Instructions

Put all ingredients, except cheese, in blender. Mix until smooth, andd
crumbled cheese and mix until smooth.
