Title: Bolognese Pasta Sauce
Yield: 4 Servings

Ingredients

      1 lb minced meat; (beef or pork
           -or mixed)
      1    onion; diced
      1    clove garlic; chopped
      1 cn mushrooms; (or fresh), cut
           -into smal
      1 lg can tomatoes; chopped
      1    cube beef stock
      1    salt
      1    pepper
      1    nutmeg
      1    oregano

Instructions

Fry onion and garlic in oil, then add meat and fry until brown. Add
mushrooms, tomatoes, stock and some water (app. 1/4 l), and simmer for
about 20 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and oregano. Serve over
any kind of pasta and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
