Title: Broiled Baby Zucchini With Bacon And Cheese
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients
4 fresh zucchini, about 4 long
1 pepper, to taste
4 sl bacon, halved
1 c cheddar cheese, grated
1 fresh parsley, chopped, for
-garnish
Instructions
Preheat broiler and but broiling pan 7" from heat. Split unpeeled zucchini
lengthwise and sprinkle cut sides with pepper. Put on heated pan and broil
10 minutes. Put a bacon piece on each zucchini half and top generously with
cheese. Broil approximately 5 minutes longer, or until bacon is crisp and
cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
NOTES : The family just loves these.
