Title: Chili Con Casa
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients

      1 sm onion; minced
      1 tb butter
      1 c  tomatoes; chopped
      1    salt and pepper; to taste
      1 c  jalapeno peppers; seeded and
           - chopped
      8 oz cream cheese; cubed
      1 c  half and half

Instructions

Saute onion in butter. Add tomatoes, green chilies, salt and pepper. Simmer
15 minutes. Add cubed cream cheese and stir to melt the cheese. After the
cheese has melted, add enough milk or cream to make it dip consistency.
Serve hot with tortilla chips.
