1/2 lb ground beef round
1/2 c frozen chopped onion
1/2 c frozen chopped green bell
-pepper
1 7 oz can whole kernel sweet
-corn; drained
1/2 c ketchup
4 ts chili powder
1 ts cumin
4 lg burger buns; split
Instructions
1. Brown ground beef in large nonstick skillet over high heat for about 3
minutes.
2. Add all remaining ingredients except buns; mix well. reduce heat; cover
and cook 5 minutes.
3. To serve, spoon beef mixture into buns.
4 servings.
