Title: Chow Mein Snack
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients
1/2 c butter or margarine
2 tb soy sauce
1/2 ts onion powder
1/2 ts lemon pepper seasoning
1/4 ts garlic powder
2 c chow mein noodles
2 c bite-size crispy corn cereal
- square; s
2 c oat cereal round
1 c peanuts unsalted; (optional)
Instructions
In a large skillet over low heat, melt butter. Stir in soy sauce, onion
powder, lemon pepper and garlic powder until well blended.
Add noodles, corn and oat cereals and optional peanuts. Stir over low heat
for 2 to 3 minutes or until moisture is absorbed. Cool on paper towels.
Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
