Title: Citrus Cous Cous
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients

      8 oz dry cous cous
  1 1/2 c  water
      1 ts fresh chopped dill
      1 ts fresh chopped mint
    1/2 ts salt
      1 tb brown sugar
    1/8 ts white pepper
      1 tb olive oil
      1 cn mandarin oranges

Instructions

1) Place water, salt sugar, pepper olive oil, and in a sauce pan and bring
to a boil

2) Remove from heat and add cous cous cover and let stand for about 7
minutes

3) Fold in oranges, juice, and fresh herbs

4) Let stand for 2-3 minutes
