Title: Clay Cooked Fish Dinner
Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients

    3/4 lb haddock, cod or bluefish (2
      1 lg fillets)
      1 ts lemon juice (to 2)
      2 ts low cal margarine
    1/4 lb onions -- peeled and
      1    chopped
    1/2 ts mustard seed
      1    salt and pepper
      1    lemon slices

Instructions

Soak top and bottom of sm. clay cooker in water for 15 mins. Drain.
Sprinkle fish with lemon juice. Let fish stand for a few minutes. Dot
margarine in clay cooker. Add fish, onions and mustard seed. Cover and
place in center of cold oven. Bake at 400 F. for 30 mins. Sprinkle with
salt and pepper. Serve with lemon slices.
