1 pt sour cream
8 1/4 oz crushed pineapple, canned,
-undraine; d
1 1/3 c coconut
Instructions
Mix first two ingredients. Add pineapple and coconut. Mix well. Serve
immediately or chill. DOUBLE RECIPE FOR 9x13"PAN. Typed by Lynn Thomas.
Lynn's notes: I always make a double batch of this because it goes fast. A
delicious and easy dessert.
