1/2 c espresso coffee; chilled
1 tb drambuie; optional
2 scoops nonfat vanilla ice
-cream
1/2 c skim milk; to taste
1 sugar; to taste
Instructions
Place the coffee in a blender with the Drambuie. Add the ice cream and half
the milk, then blend. Add sugar and more milk, to taste.
