Title: Coffee Liqueur 3
Yield: 1 Servings

Ingredients

      2 oz ground coffee
      1    a little vanilla and/or coco
     32 fl eau de vie; or brandy
    1/2 lb sugar

Instructions

Recipe by: How to Make Liqueurs, R.M. Byrne Allow the
coffee, vanilla and/or cocoa to soak in the alcohol for at least 4 to 6
weeks in a bottle that can be closed securely. Place in a moderately
warm
position. After extraction, filter and add sugar, stirring
well until completely dissolved. Bottle, seal and, if possible, leave to
mature for another 6 months or so in a cool, dark position. Penny Halsey
